ROSES – Learn the technique of making roses with royal icing, marzipan and chocolate paste.

Duration: One, 3 hour class.

Tools Required: Tip #103, #7 rose nail, decorating bag, paring knife, dish towels, non-stick rolling pin and board, #3 brush, 1 1/4″ round cutter and scissors
