Make your own WEDDING CAKE!

Design, decorate and make your wedding cake, or, use one of our classical patterns. Cover three tiers of soft sponge cakes. Choose from a variety of delicious buttercream fillings. Cover all three layers with rolled fondant and go to town using your newly acquired cake decorating skills. Piping and rolled fondant demonstrations and discussions will include styling, covering cakes, construction and transportation.

Duration:
Two, 7 hour classes
Tools Required:
Tools from Introduction and Intermediate Cake Decorating and a dish towel, dress maker tape.
Prerequisite:
Introduction and Intermediate Cake Decorating or a strong knowledge of cake decorating and rolled fondant.
