CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE CLASS – Want to learn about how to create your own delicious chocolate truffles? Join our hands-on truffle making class and learn how to make ganache, hand roll truffles, and work with three different truffle recipes to create and take home a dozen to indulge in for the rest of the week.

This class is for anyone who would like to learn the art of making chocolate truffles – alone or together with a date or loved one. To make sensational chocolate truffles, you have to start with sensational fine Belgium chocolate. Truffles are made in two steps: first you make the chocolate ganache centers, and then you dip those centers into melted chocolate. Of course, you can add other flavors, like mint, but nothing beats a classic chocolate truffle. Each student will walk away a dozen hand-crafted truffles! This is a perfect date or gift idea!
