Baking Workshops
Join us and learn how to bake fresh, tasty, and healthy bread in your own kitchen. Bring your own apron and a friend for this hands-on course to take you into the amazing world of bread baking.
Classic Artisan breads. This courses emphasize ingredient knowledge and the use of proper bread making techniques. Learn all the basics: gluten, yeast fermentation, temperature, proper kneading, and baking will be covered.
Classes and workshops run on week days evenings and weekends.. Please check below for the scheduled dates. Each class has a maximum of 10 students. Everything has been provided to maximize your learning time. All ingredients, recipes, and snacks are included in the fees, as well as the use of kitchen tools . Please come dressed appropriately for kitchen work (casual dress and solid, closed toe shoes). You will have recipes to keep and a bag or box to bring your creations home.
