CAKE MASKING – Take the frustration out of (smoothly) covering a soft cake with butter cream.
In this class you will learn to fill, crumb coat and mask an 8″ cake.
Duration: One, 3 hour class.
Tools Required: Paring knife, dish towels, palette knife, 4″ + 8″ blade, 12″ decorating bag. Tip #68 & #3.
