GLUTEN-FREE BAKING and PASTA – In this, hands on workshop, we show you the basics of making pasta and baking using gluten free flour. Prepare cakes, cookies muffins and more as we review the similarities and differences of different types of batter. Learn the techniques involved in making your own linguini noodles. Be prepared to make and take home some delicious gluten free fare, using a combination of pre-mixes and scratch recipes. A light lunch is provided. Students take home their own baked goods.

Duration: One, 7 hour class.
