DESSERT CAKES I – This is the first series of European Dessert Cakes, student takes home 3 cakes, a Truffle Cake, Florentiner Torte and a Fruit Torte.

Duration: One, 7 hour class.

Tools Required: Apron, tea towels and proper shoes.

DESSERT CAKES II

Part time class

DESSERT CAKES II – Create an assortment of delightful desserts….Georgina cake, Charlotte torte, and a Sacher toret.

Duration: One, 7 hour class.

Tools Required: All materials, for the class are supplied unless otherwise stated.

DESSERT CAKES III

Part time class

DESSERT CAKES III – In this class the following desserts will be made: Unbaked Cheesecake, Black Forest cake and a Strawberry Shortcake.

Please Note: A light lunch is provided in the all day workshops. Classes may run over time. Students take home the goodies made in class.

Duration: One, 7 hour class.

DESSERT CAKES IV

DESSERT CAKES IV – All materials, for the class are supplied unless otherwise stated. Students take home their own baked goods.
In this class the following desserts will be made: Baked Chocolate Cheesecake, Irish Coffee Mousse and Le Trecadero.

Duration: One, 7 hour class.
